Kim F I have ordered from this brand for years. Ordered more than ten items and never had a problem. I’m a size 18 and always ordered a 2xl/3xl. I ordered the black mini, which I already own two of this same dress in other patterns. I looked at the sizing chart and it showed according to my size I now need a 5xl. So, I placed the order for a 5xl and when I received it it was huge! My guess would be it’s a size 26. When I contacted the company they told me their dresses run true to size and I would have to cover postage. I would understand if it was my error but I specifically checked their sizing on the website. I even took a picture for proof. I will never order from this company again and when I am complimented will never share where I purchased the items as I’ve done in the past. It’s sad that a company I’ve loved for years gets sold and their customer service starts off at this level.
