Sorry to hear you would like to return your item, please email: info@mahlithelabel.com.au with your order number to organise your return.

Please note we only issue store credit and do not issue refunds. In the unlikelihood of a manufacturing fault, a refund may be issued. 

We strictly only accept returns for 30 days from purchase. After the 30 days, returns are not permitted.

Sale items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Strictly no returns or refunds are offered on sale stock.

Any item purchased on sale or using a store discount code will not be considered for a refund.

Returns policy

• Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.

• Customers will need to cover the cost of return postage

• You will be issued a store credit

• Online store credits have an expiry date of 12 months

•Your store credit will be actioned within 7 business days of receiving your return 

Please note: Your order number must be included in your returns package or it will not be able to the processed

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will repair your item/s if they are defected, if they are beyond repair we will replace.
