Didn't receive the correct item and they won't reply to emails

If I could give this 0 stars I would - I never received my jumpsuit. Instead they sent me a very cheap and nasty version of one of their other designs. I've sent 4 emails requesting a return but they are not replying. This place is a scam business - the clothes you receive are nothing like the pictures on the website, and then after you purchase there are zero replies to contact.

ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO CHASE YOU TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

I returned this item, it said it was received back by the sender on the 13th of January - yet ALLLLLLLL of my emails and messages have gone unanswered and and I am STILL waiting. This isn't the firat time this has happened and it took me 6 months to get my money back last time. I thought they would have sorted themselves out by now and gave them another go, but they are just as awful and truly don't care about robbing your money and leaving you with no recourse. There is ZERO POINT IN HAVING CONTACT INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF RESPONDING. At this point you have robbed me of nearly $200 and I WANT IT BACK. Consumers shouldn't have to spend hours of their time trying to get their own money back, it is insane. Honestly, I would boycott this company until the end of time.
